Return Process

  Log into your Alifdukan account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Pack the Items

  Place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in their original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
